I wrote an erotic short story a few months ago, which I sent off for an anthology collection. They accepted it. But I’m still waiting to hear if their project will go ahead as they did not get enough acceptable submissions, all I can do on this one is wait.
I am now working on a novel that I started out as a short story on www.ukauthors.com A Writers Story. This one is definitely for adults only. I don’t want to give away too much of the story yet, it is based on a writer Barry, who has had a very troubled and horrific life. He has no friends. No one understands him, apart from his mother, but mother can’t be around forever can she? I do not plan to self-publish this book. This one I hope I can find a publishing house that might be interested in it or an agent, I have a few in mind.
I am also working on a few short stories, mainly horror. My plans for these are to try and get them published in horror magazines, fingers crossed.
I have started a second story of Tabitha’s adventures with Pirate Jim. Pirate Island is in danger; the volcano has stopped working, which is the main heat source for the island. The island is freezing. Tabitha knows who might help, but will he? So, she calls for Peter. Peter the ferocious dragon. Can they persuade him to help them? I’m not sure if I’ll be taking the self-publishing route with this one. I’ll see how things are when I am ready to try and get it published.
